I’ve been a member for years. But when redeeming my points to get a 2 day free rental I’ve encountered an issue with them. They keep saying there’s an issue with my credit cards. Yet I encountered no issues with Avis. So I’m done with enterprise! And I’ll let everyone in my circle as well.

These gals were great! While everyone else is shut down for Covid this office is working to stay open and provide great customer service. Got an excellent SUV that had been thoroughly cleaned at a rate half of what Alamo wanted over at Aulani Ko Olina. Thanks guys for not taking the pandemic as an opportunity to provide bad customer service like so many other businesses have.
