The jeep I had picked up was dirty, the clerk did apologize about it being so, said it rained the day before. It didn't rain at my house and I live about 6 miles from there.... Still no excuse they have an automatic car wash behind their office.... I did trade it for a commercial size pick up at the Northside Drive location a day later and the truck was spotless and the gentleman at that location went beyond my expectations in helping me.
I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise, I have used them several times and they will continue to be my go to auto rental agency!!
