Reserved a car after my son's car was totaled. When we got there, there wasn't a car available. Then one rolled up on the lot and they did a quick inspection and sent us on our way. This car was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, so I'm guessing their "quick inspection" was just that and no Disinfecting or cleaning was done before the car was re-rented. This place is a ripoff because of all the additional charges and fees. The service was average, they barely spoke to me like I’m bothering them. The airport location is cheaper, next time I will go there instead. This is crazy, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Where do I even start? Well... we had been renting a car for more than a year. We paid every Friday. The last car we had for 4 months. Friday came and we called to make our payment as we always did. We were informed that there was a new management team working at that location. We were also informed that we were on the tow list. We were completely shocked and confused because we had no idea why. This is my first time renting a car and most definitely my last time renting from this company. I rented ***** from the ********* location in ************** to head to ******* for about 5 days. About 3 hours from my destination the car started to act up and we were barely able to get it into the store. We had gotten road side assistance and called them right away. I'm disgusted with the bill I received for repairs to a damaged fender. Over $700 for, by the looks of the receipt, something that doesn't even include a new fender. Hours of work wasted on fixing the fender and painting it, when it would've been faster and cheaper to replace the fender. I've spent about $2,000 in rentals since August, and don't see myself ever coming back to any Enterprise location if I'm expected to pay for a company to "take the long way" to rack up a bill. I had a reservation for a full size luxury rental car a week in advance and they called me less than 24 hours before i was supposed to pick it up to say they didnt have one at that location. I needed a large car as my mom uses a ****** and its hard for her to get in a small car that they were offering. i called customer service and they said i could get one from a different location but it would be $550 instead of $300. I rented a car from Enterprise on 6/29/20 from *************, **. Upon arriving, the car that was assigned to me had a huge windshield crack and so I was quickly assigned with another car that ended up being a Jeep Compass 2020. On July 8th, 2020, the day that I was due to return the car, while driving on the I-35 highway in **** *****, the front *********** popped and caused the car to swerve slightly into the middle lane.
