I was called by ***************************** at Enterprise in ******* *****. ************ ************. about purchasing a vehicle. ** knew I just got into a bad accident and the guy that hit me totaled my car. I rented a car for pickup on 7/30. Upon arrival, I was told I shouldnt have been able to book a car being that they did not have any available but an employee let me know he would see what he could do. The car that was given to me had no gas, a donut that I had to drive miles to get replaced myself, and had maintenance lights lit up on the dashboard. I was told not to worry about that. Our issues started a year ago when we rented a car for two days. When we returned it everything was fine and told we could leave the car. The next day we were charged $2000 for a supposed scratch that they claim we caused even though it was already marked when we rented the car. It was infuriating and we ended up having to pay it. We refused to ever use enterprise again. And we haven't. A year later to the day we were charged more money on our card claiming we rented a car for those exact same days a year later. Booked a car to go in a vacation with the family only to get a call the morning iwas supposed to pick up the car to tell me that they don't have a car for me . Talked to 3 customer service and 2 supervisors to resolve the issue and got disconnected after being put on hold for over half an hour and no one tried to call me back They ruined my family's vacation And wasted hours of my time on the phone trying to get any car . Worst customer service ever .

Enterprise employee '****' in ***********, ** was unaware of where he was physically (located). Had told me that he was on ****************** yet put me on hold to 'verify' and never returned to the phone. I drove to the ****************** location to pick up a car rental that he told the insurance agent would be ready at 5:00 PM. Upon arrival the door was locked and that is when I called him and he disappeared, I suppose just as he was unaware of where he was. Set an appointment time and upon arrival the vehicle was not on the premises. Waited for over 30 minutes just to get a truck with dog hair, dirty floors and an ant infestation. I pointed it out to the gentleman and he said he would clean it. He said he did but it still had ants. Another employee pulled out an insect killer from the back of the office and sprayed the inner door trim and engine bay. I truly feel like this company business practices are shady as ****My husband got in an accident in June. **** sent us here to get a rental car. We drive a large vehicle and get stuck with a much smaller one that reeks of cigarette smoke. You get a whiff every time you get into car. Hubby just got rear ended and is shaken, so he takes them up on their recommendations for extra protection and signs up for the extra insurance so we dont get screwed if something happens to said car. they asked for my drivers license, my state farm card, and my credit card. then they asked me if i wanted insurance for the rental, I was under the impression if they seen my state farm card and i had full coverage for rental then why would they ask me if I needed insurance? I assumed that my insurance would not cover it and that the party at fault which was farmers would cover it. That did not happen I got billed $492.71 for an insurance that i did not need because they are scammers and do NOT tell you that you do not need ... read more

They let you make a reservation at a location even if that location has no cars. Obviously they care way more about profit than anything else... I'm done with them.
