We rented a Chrysler Pacifica at the Key West International AirPort for 8 days. Everything went smoothly. After returning the vehicle, all flights were cancelled due to weather elsewhere and all available rentals for vehicles were quickly exhausted. It took three hours to retrieve our luggage and the airport was a madhouse. I went back to the Enterprise desk after it cleared out and asked if we could get another minivan the next morning. Want to shout out my man Rico! The other attendant told me we wouldn’t be getting our van until 8pm and we landed at noon. I circled back to check with another attendant and Rico helped me out. He made some phone calls and worked it out to where we were able to get our rental within the hour. Give that man a raise!
Great experience from rental to drop off. Couldn’t have been smoother!
Apparently they don’t have to honor your reservation…sure dozen of people are returning cars but they “don’t have any”, sure I made a reservation and have a confirmation but they “don’t have any”. Any alternatives? No.
