I rented a car with them online. When I showed up they simply told me that they didn't have any cars for me and that I would have to cancel my reservation. I asked about how that could happen and they just said that it shouldn't have let me make a reservation online, but they had no extra information for me. I had to go down to Budget and rent a car from them last minute.

When we arrived late at night our original booking was with budget and due to a change in plane travel times… when we arrived there was zero people for budget leaving us in sort of a mess with two toddlers. Enterprise was available and Mike G was so very accommodating and nice. He helped us get the car we needed and showed us compassion in a stressful time. Excellent experience returning my rental at the Enterprise location at Key West Airport. I had rented the car from another location, and the return process couldn’t have been easier. It took less than two minutes from start to finish. The employee who assisted me on Sunday morning July 5th was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask about my rental experience. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Thank you for making the return so seamless. Great customer service!

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using Enterprise. On July 4, 2026, I was left without transportation while my vehicle remained at a second body shop for repairs following an accident. There is an electrical issue and can’t drive it with myself or kids. Throughout this process, I experienced significant communication issues that caused unnecessary stress and hardship. It is very nice since the renovations. This was our second time flying from AVL to EYW and back. Both airports are under heavy renovations and eyw certainly is a major upgrade. No walking outside or having to go down the stairs anymore. The restaurants and Starbucks all look new and very nice.
