We are grateful for the exceptional service provided by Winston Williams. Winston was the only customer service agent at the Chiefland location; which was very busy when we picked up & dropped off the nice Nissan Versa rental. No matter how busy he was, he was professional, polite, friendly & efficient. He could teach the staff at Hertz in Gainesville many important ways to serve customers, most of all honesty and integrity. Winston is a very important asset to Enterprise Rental! Kudos to Winston!
Had a slight hiccup with my rental on the road. Called the Chiefland office. Winston was helpful, patient and professional as we problem solved the situation. Absolutely impressed with his positive attitude while assisting me for over 15 minutes on the phone.
