I would avoid this place like the plague. I’ve never gotten the size car I’ve needed from here. My recent experience happened because another location canceled my reservation, so I called their customer service to find me a full size SUV. The said there was one at this location. Great. I called again a hour later to double check that they would have a full size SUV. They told me there was one there and I was good to go. Fast forward another hour and I get a call from their manager. If I could give them zero stars I would. Beware, they over sell and can cancel your reservation the very last minute without consulting with you or helping to find another location that has cars or match the original reservation price. Doesn't matter if you make the reservation online or on the phone, their inventory is not correctly represented and then you are out of luck if you actually need a car. I spent 2 hours on the phone speaking to a plephora of reservation/customer service/ escalation reps and they are all useless... read more
