I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Lincoln Park and had a genuinely great experience. I've rented numerous times since moving to Chicago and have had mixed experiences elsewhere, but Enterprise was a completely different story. I recently was rear-ended and needed alternate transportation while my car was being repaired. Nick was a lifesaver this past weekend. My husband and I had rented a car for some local errands and got back to a different enterprise location a few minutes after closing. We called the Lincoln Park location, and Nick went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that we were taken care of and would be able to return the car to that location. Really appreciated his swiftness and thoughtfulness!
