The first car broke down - terrible noises coming from transmission? going forward or back and wouldn't move. Road side assistance was good but made the error that I could wait for tow truck and then go get a new car at the nearest location. Josh at Lincoln Park figured out what we could do to exchange the car even though a tow truck was coming at 6:30 pm and we needed to exchange vehicle at Vernon Hills by 6:00 pm when that store closes. All in all worked out and appreciate the discount when I returned the vehicle.
