Reserved a large AWD SUV and after being assured the standard sized SUV they offered as a downgrade had AWD, only after driving a few miles did I realize it in fact did not. Ended up driving a Nissan Rogue, just a nearly indescribable downgrade. They clearly didn't even make an effort to have anything close to the vehicle I requested and I won't be trusting important trips to this company in the future.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Enterprise at 2900 N Sheffield Ave. I specifically requested toll coverage when the vehicle was rented, yet I’m now being threatened with collections and told I may not be allowed to rent again because of charges that should have already been handled. What makes this even worse is that this was a corporate rental — not a personal agreement under my name — and Enterprise still chose to send intimidating debt collection notices instead of resolving the issue professionally. I had a great experience renting with Enterprise from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. The car was in excellent condition, well maintained, and drove nicely.l What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the experience. They made pickup and return easy and efficient, and their customer service went above and beyond!
