We needed a vehicle during the time our car was in for extensive repairs and our insurance uses Enterprise. We were thrilled with the service we received from the time we walked in to get our vehicle till the day we dropped it off two weeks later. Ryan at the Franklin location was personable, knowledgeable and terrific to work with. He gave us a few options to choose from and we went with a Ford Escape.
