I've used this location several times. Sam has now helped me twice! This guy is awesome! Professional, proficient, kind. Today I watched him handle a full lobby, and phone calls with total grace. He kept getting curve balls, and never stopped smiling. Great service! Sam, you deserve a raise!

I had to rent a car from this Enterprise location while my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee was being repaired. The rental was arranged through the dealership, and I was directed to this location. The only thing I requested was a vehicle that had not been smoked in. Unfortunately, the car I was given had a smoke odor, which seemed to get worse in the 90+ degree temperature, and was far below what I would expect from a rental.
