Wow what a bad experience I would never come and get a car from here I just lost some money. They should have ask about the hidden fees they have.
Courteous staff. Clean new car with only a 1000 miles on it. Enjoyable rental for a long trip, and Sirius radio as an option was a nice bonus.
Ben Shur was incredible - he took the time to call me beforehand and walk me through which cars my insurance would cover while mine was being repaired. When I arrived, he made sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle and went above and beyond with his professionalism and friendly attitude. The entire team shares the same welcoming vibe. 10/10 would rent here again. Highly recommend!
Justin the asst manager was so helpful. He listened to my concerns and made me feel better. I will be going back to this rental place knowing I will receive the best customer service. Also I forgot my wallet in the car I returned and hours later they called me back and said they found it. When I got my wallet everything was still in it. Love this place.
