Can't save enough about the quality customer service I received at the Hayward/Mission Blv location. I wish I would have gotten the young woman's name who helped me pick a car she was great. She was super nice and accommodating.
The facility is on a smaller scale; however, friendly staffs and vehicle options are made up for it . Avoid picking up or returning on Friday or weekend if you don't have a lot of time.
I had a great experience with this Enterprise location. When I got there, I was immediately greeted by an employee who provided me several vehicle options. The vehicle I chose was very clean and had no mechanical issues. I was provided a courtesy ride back to my residence free of charge, which came in very handy. Much thanks to Fred for the ride! Huge shout out to Arjun who helped me both on getting and returning the vehicle. Arjun was very professional, friendly and made the process very easy!
The representatives at the hayward mission blvd location was very helpful, courteous and informative. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Will definitely be renting more from Enterprise Hayward!
