It was a terrible experience I was injured in an accident and they had me standing outside because they didn't have my rental information ready. They told me I could get a rental at 25 a day and that not the lowest price it is 33 so why advertise that if you can't match the rate.
I had a great experience here. Nat and Edmond were beyond helpful and took care of all my needs, those two are the ones you want to deal with when coming here.
Polite service. It is refreshing to be greeted with a smile and no rushing you with answers. They politely assist and explain details then effortly show you the vehicle all the time smiling and wishing a good day before you drive off.
Staff was nice and courteous I didn't like the incense or air freshener that they use nor a fan of the Nissan Sentra but other than that experience was good took me back and forth to work while my vehicle was being repaired 😇
