I had such a great experience with Enterprise! They made everything so easy and stress-free while my car was at the auto body shop. They picked me up from the shop, and when I was finished with the rental, I was able to leave it right there and they handled the pickup. Super convenient! Tyler was amazing! "Ben provided excellent service!" Very satisfied overall with this location! Ben offered incredible customer service— super attentive and accommodating from start. My only concern was that the hood latch on the car was faulty, causing the dashboard sensor to beep repeatedly and making me anxious that the hood would pop open while driving. Management should definitely check that vehicle's latch mechanism, but as far as customer service goes, Ben made the experience a great one!
