I have been using this location for around 3 yrs. now and I must say the people here are great. Every time I go in they are always in a good mood and happy to help. Due to the fact that this is considered a training branch, I see new faces about every two to three months. This does not have an impact on the awesome customer service that you get from the team @ Enterprise DeSoto. I have been to countless Enterprise branches in around the US and I believe my local one is the best!
As with many businesses, one gets to the point where we have certain expectations of how you will be treated as a customer. When I walk in to the Desoto Enterprise office, I am blown away. Outstanding standing customer service! The employees are very, very professional, attentive/accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, and personable. The cars are always clean, operable and up to date. This is the only place I rent from, I always leave there satisfied of my rental, and the prices. The only problem I have is.. I never want to return the vehicle!! They are that good.

The staff at Enterprise did a great job as usual and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car for whatever purpose.
Was a busy Friday evening, Reps were professional and helpful with my rental purchase. They were able to supply me with a car. Car was clean, had fuel, and they even told me about some of the functions on the car. Rep was very informative and help full. In and out in 20 minutes on a busy day.
I had a very bad experience with THE JOLY GREEN GAINT.(ENTERPRISE), this location, and overall. I was not asked to give up my seat on the bus, I was asked get off the bus, (How is that for a metaphor). In a very unmoral way. You have to respect the hussle. I know the giant as 75% bi polar and 25% with good intention.
