I was overcharged 3 days because the agent at ORD did not do his job on time. I was out of the country when they claimed the car was returned. Fortunately, I took a picture of the odometer that clearly states the date/time/location of the return. Getting the additional amount refunded has proven incredibly difficult with very uncooperative agents that will hang up if you ask for answers. Do not rent from this company or location

They will take your reservation and call to confirm you're coming but when you arrive there's no car, just a long line of people waiting and rude staff. Avoid this company.

The manager here is very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. He acts as if he doesn’t want to be bothered. Not to mention we were in there 20 minutes by ourselves before he walked in. Terrible customer service. We will never do business with this location again.

All I know is I reserved a car approximately 2 weeks before the pickup date and was called the day before I was supposed to pick up the car to be told that they may not have any cars and that they will let me know if they get more in the next day, which they did not. Basically had to scramble to find a car from another agency for my planned trip. How can you take reservations if you don't even have a car to reserve?
