Though I had some issues, Zachary was very helpful with resolving matters.
Had a reservation for a car to fit 5 people while staying in Chicago. Got a Nissan Rogue which I love. Easy pick up and drop off especially since they were at different locations. Overall a nice and efficient time.
I've always used Enterprise and have always had a wonderful experience. Staffing, car rental and returns at airports etc have been problem free
Visiting Chicago and need a car? I recommend this Enterprise location 100%! It may appear to be a small operation but the crew here works supremely hard to get everybody rolling! Case in point, I rented a car to get from downtown to a Cubs game and my man ZACH was SOLID!!!! Offered me personal directions to Wrigley and where to find parking!😝 I mean SOLID!
