I needed to change my drop-off location to ORD, and the pickup agent who gave me his card made the entire process incredibly easy. He went above and beyond to get everything handled without any hassle. When it came time to return the vehicle, the drop-off staff were just as outstanding. Quick and easy experience. I booked a car at this location back in April. Huge shout out to Nick. He made the process easy and answered all my questions. They didn’t have the car I had reserved but they upgraded me to an SUV so no complaints.
Convenient location for a single day rental. The staff are extremely professional and helpful! After hours key drop is a plus!
