Dropped off a car at this location. Staff were friendly and service was fast. The only thing is that there are only a couple spots to (street) park in front of the store.
Wow this was the worst experience experience I’ve had with this company. Least to say I will never use their services again. I booked my reservation at least a month in advance. When I checked in, the representative proceeds to let me know that this location does carry premium cars. Not apologetic whatsoever, I ask him if he can check his system who would carry them or if they had a crossover truck. He said no to call the reservation line and gave me their phone number so I was left to do his job. I then call the number just... read more
Great experience renting from this location! Ben was super helpful and friendly and made us feel well taken care of. We will definitely rent from here again the next time were in Chicago. Also this is a great location to go with if you’re arriving by Amtrak. It was a quick 10 minute walk from Union Station.
