Dirty exterior and interior, odd fill point with fuel, no windhield fluid, no windshield brush to remove snow... and top it off charged me a clean up fee even though I never smoked in the car.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Enterprise location at 318 S Morgan in Chicago was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share it. Renting a car should be a straightforward process. Customers expect professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the opposite. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
