If you come on Sunday morning to return a car please be prepared to wait for quite a while, there is no key drop and it was chaotic. I had a issue with the car and was trying to report it , but I didn't have an hour to wait on dropping it off and waiting in line to get to the counter. People being frustrated waiting just started putting keys on the counter and walking out as did i. Enterprise has always been the place I go to rent a car. So when my car had to get a new engine, Enterprise was there to help me out. I appreciate them very much!
You guys gave me a car with a disgusting and irritating smell of cigarettes. I have always enjoyed your service but this time it was horrible. I didnt use that car for 2 days and the other times it was unbearable. I had to clean it and spray vinegar to alteast use it. The incentive thy gave me was purely an insult.
Quick and easy process while my truck was in for repairs. Highly recommended!
AJ was excellent he picked me up and handled my rental. He was personable and a solid representative and ambassador for enterprise.
