I nearly always rent from Enterprise and ALWAYS do in Lexington. Just this last week, I got a great car and had excellent service. Returning the car at 5 a.m. was easy, too. No one was there but the key box works and I got the receipt a few hours later by email.

The service is terrible. I reserved my car a few days before and when I got to the Lexington airport to pick up my car, this woman in the front desk told me the car is not available. Her name is Nicole (listed as a manager in her name card) gave me a very nasty attitude and fake smile. When I asked her questions, she was very rude and not responsive by doing her own things. I love Enterprise and I want to thank everyone in the company for their fantastic service! I usually arrive late at night at major airports. Their service is impeccable. Easy to make reservations over the phone, courteous and professional representatives. NEVER had to wait in line at any location. Their vehicles are in excellent condition. Last time I rented at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington KY.
