I specially order a Chevy Tahoe for the passenger load and mountain driving I would be doing. When I arrived at counter to pickup vehicle I was told no more Tahoes and the female attendant thought it was funny laughing saying "uh you just missed your Tahoe. I just gave to the guy before you". She thought it was humorous. I didn't. I instead received a Ford Expedition which I don't and did not like.

When I arrived in Lexington Airport I used Enterprise Rent-A-CAE service. Car was very clean and excellent condition. I fully satisfied and would like to use this in the future.

I was not happy at all with this location. I reserved a car weeks in advance only to arrive at the airport and find that they had oversold and had zero inventory. There were about 6 others like me who were left high and dry. The most egregious error is their lack of customer service. The 3 people behind the counter were so snippy with everyone, including me (did they all somehow miss the memo on being a good customer service agent!?), and they offered no help in figuring out alternative transportation. actually WASNT very impressed with this location for several reasons. I initially rented the car for a 9 day period during the breeders cup which resulted in sold out conditions. it turned out i really didnt need the car for 9 days. i contacted enterprise to see about returning it early knowing that they were sold out...was hearing stories from other people coming into town and not being able to get cars from anyone because of the huge throng of people coming in for the event..and figuring they could rent it out to someone w... read more

Great Service, Was a little Pricey.. But very nice vehicle, no problems. Only needed for 3 days. The only thing I have quarrel with, online says rent me for this amount, and then when you get to where you need to rent, they tack on auto insurance and all the whistles, and it ended up being $150 more than what I had budgeted for. I wasn't impressed with that. I think the reservation options, should allow you to pick insurance and whistles online prior to rental. I wasn't prepared for extra costs.

great service, great people, clean cars. My only complaint was that they only had one agent when we checked in, which resulted in a 20 minute wait and when we returned the car, all the other car rental desks were open at 6AM, and they don't open untill 8AM. But there was a key drop.

I normally use Budget for all of my car rentals but tried this Enterprise location on my latest trip. The ease of reserving the car was greatly appreciated as well as the initial pick up of the car. Signed a few papers and had the keys to the car before my luggage was off the plane!

Rented car online when purchasing airline ticket via Allegiant. Price was $200 plus for 5-6 days. When I picked up keys and finalized the rental there was an extra $51.00 tacked on. Do wasn't real thrilled at the extra money being paid. Other than that the service was good, car was clean.
