Reserved a full size vehicle before my arrival, but I didn't expect a Jeep Patriot. Very slow and barely had enough room for my baby elephant and this day in age I expected a USB port or some type of charging port to power my phone after a long flight. My expectations for a full size vehicle is Tahoe, suburban or a Yukon. A Jeep patriot seem to be more of a midsize vehicle. What a disappointment.

I was so glad that I got a brand new Minivan which was just arrived from the show room! !! Had a lovely experience overall! ! The courtesy extended by the staff is really commendable! !! I was few minutes late in returning the car back, I wasn't charged a penny extra!!! It was an amazing experience! !! I just love Enterprise and it will be always my first choice! !!!

I flew into Lexington on a Friday afternoon on business and as usual everyone went to get their rental car after picking up their luggage. I wasn't bothered by it because I'm use to it, but the manager noticed the wait and apologized to me and gave me his business card with a note on it to give me a free upgrade. When I got up to the counter he was still there helping move things along and told me to keep the card for my next trip and gave me a Challenger instead of the Corolla I had rented. It was such a pleasure to do business with Enterprise Car Rental at the airport in Lexington. After a long day of traveling it was such a relief to have a smiling face hand me the keys and send me on my way. Very easy to get in and out of the Airport I will use them every time Im in town.
