Very fast and friendly service.
Shout out to Mel and Alana for great service. It was the first time renting at this location and had no issues with pickup/return and vehicle picked was in good condition. Efficient and straight forward process with little waiting. Thank you all, I’ll be back in the future.
Called Monday for a car was told to come in at 11am. Took 2 hours to get a car, they had more staff washing cars than at the desk helping customers! In fact a car washer signed me out after he took the car out to fill the car up to only 5/8 of a tank and then saying it was at 3/4 tank on the rental agreement! Enterprise also found out my car was totaled and called to see if I wanted Enterprise car sales to call me. I said no thanks. Within a hour Enterprise car sales called me.
