Had a reservation and the location wasn't open. Tried to call customer service but was on hold for 30 min.... Gave up. Do not use this location...Avis saved the day. Update - Got our points refunded....however, we rented the car for a trip to South Bend for a Notre Dame game. Without communication as to the location being closed, the time spent waiting for customer service to assist us (never got off of hold), and having to go to another rental car company wasted so much time, we were late to the game. Very responsive, respectful employees. They’ll do the best to address your issues. Was even able to find my transponder which I left in the car. Will definitely rent again. Highly recommended.
I had to get a rental car for a work trip. WILL at this location helped me get the car and he helped me when I returned it as well. He was incredibly kind, very professional, and explained everything very well to me. I enjoyed the car, it was in pristine condition when I got it, super clean and drove great! I had a great and very convenient experience with enterprise and I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and the pleasant demeanor of Will & his fellow employees at this location. Great job, y’all!
