Everyone that we interacted with were both highly professional, welcoming and pleasant. The vehicle provided met our requirements and exceeded our expectations. I've never dealt with a truly urban car rental location before, and everything about this, both at pickup and return was very positive.
The Enterprise location I rent my cars from is on Milwaukee Ave in Chicago. Staff is, friendly, accommodating and super nice. I would recommend them for your next car rental.
They were very busy when I picked up and dropped off my rental and I had to extend my rental to about a month after expecting to need it for only a week. Yet, everything was handled swiftly and I had a great experience. Thank you again Conor, for going above and beyond!
