Great experience overall. Would highly recommend especially compared to the south loop location.
Really great and easy experience from the team here! Our car was in the body shop and I needed a last minute rental to get around. Car was ready and clean at pick-up right after they opened. Had some last minute changes and it was very easy to pick-up earlier and extend the reservation. Staff was super friendly and accommodating!
Many thanks to Nicholas and the Enterprise team at 1842 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago. We arranged our rental from home in the UK and had no problems when picking it up and dropping it off. Both were done quickly and politely. Great job. Only downsides were being allocated a PHEV (Jeep Grand Cherokee) but with no cable to charge it up; a messy external because their jet wash was out of action on pick-up; and, a VERY slow puncture that we had to get repaired half-way around our road trip. The location is very close to the blue line on the "L", which is an added benefit if you are traveling via O'Hare. The car was ready even though we got there before the scheduled time, and everything worked out great and the car worked flawless for our trip. Want to give a shout out to Nick, who was very proactive and reached out to use before our trip to give us some details, as well as making our check-in and check-out process so easy.
