I went to the Enterprise at 1842 N Milwaukee in Chicago, The staff was great with the car rental, both when I picked it up and dropped it off., I was in and out in minutes. I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received

I rented from the BUCKTOWN Chicago Enterprise Car Rental the last week of March 2026 for Spring Break. We were traveling from Chicago to Florida when we experienced unexpected vehicle troubles midway through the trip near Nashville. The issues were serious enough that it required a vehicle “swap” via another Enterprise location in Murfreesboro, Tennessee..
