This is for the Centerpoint location they were great!!
Customer service here was great! CJ took great care of us. The car was smoked in (which sucked), but it was temporary so whatever. The people that work here can't control that. As far as customer service, it was awesome!
Made a reservation 2 days prior to pick up, had everything in order on my end. Got to the location at the scheduled time and they didn't have a vehicle for me. The worker there at the time 'Brandon' was no help. He basically told me if no one returned a car by the time they close I'm just out of luck. Will not be spending money with Enterprise anymore.
