I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Toronto Pearson Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3). My experience significantly deviated from the customer-first standards Enterprise proudly claims to uphold. Fast and friendly service. Amazing car. Booked less than an hour before I needed it. Will definitely be returning for all of my rentals!
My mother is in town visiting and reserved a car at another location that didn’t have a car. Errol went above and beyond to help us find a car and get it for her same day. He is an asset to the company. Personally, I have worked in customer service in multiple ways for 35+ years. I do my best to make every customer happy. I appreciate Errol so much!
