Fast and easy process to get a rental. Good customer service.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The branch manager here should absolutely not be in a position that deals with customers. I asked a simple question about overcharges on my bill, and instead of acting like a professional, he immediately spoke down to me like I was stupid and then started raising his voice. Zero respect, zero customer service skills. When I asked for his name so I could report the situation, he refused and said, “Good luck reporting me, I am the boss.” That level of arrogance alone... read more
