I exclusively use enterprise to rent cars, which I must do very often for work, and I have never had an issue. However would stay away from the maysville location at all costs. Have used them 2 times, first time ordered a premium SUV as I was driving to Buffalo with multiple people and was given a mini van. 2nd time I ordered a sporty car, they called weeks in advance saying they couldn't get one and offering no solutions, and I agreed to take a normal car. We reserved a vehicle that sat 8 for a family vacation because we had 8 people going. Our reserved vehicle was never delivered to the lot and we ended up cramming 8 people into a vehicle that sat 7 because 8 seaters "are really rare." I wouldn't recommend renting anything for large groups of people. They will screw you over last minute.

We took a family vacation to Pennsylvania and rented the Chrysler Pacifica. The customer service we received was outstanding, as they were able to save us even more money by their recommendations. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We will be back renting from this enterprise next year, 10/10 experience
