Top tier service and available vehicles. Staff was friendly and had a great knowledge of their availability. Both getting and dropping off the rental was quick and painless. Less than thirty minutes each time, even with an argumentative customer before me. The employee handled that situation with such grace and calm that I don't think I'll rent from anywhere else in Birmingham.
