I had the good fortune of working with Mickey at the Chicago O'Hare office. He had shown me two trucks which would have worked, I wanted a Ford F150 and he delivered. He found me one but wasn't that clean but I took care of it. Great service from Mickey and a trouble free Ford F-150. Thank you Enterprise.
It was a great experience at O’Hare airport getting a rental car from Enterprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We got a car with only 5 miles on it so that was great too.
I can not say enough about the level of customer service I received at this location. I was stranded by Routes Car Rental after pre-paying weeks in advance only to be told that there were no cars available. I booked with Enterprise while standing in the car rental lobby and when I arrived at the counter I was greeted by a young man named Grant, who was so nice.
