It’s always strange when people make false promises instead of saying, “No, can’t do that.” My issue is a first world issue, but I just don’t understand the lack of honesty and candor. I I had to get a rental from here for an insurance claim. I was told I would come to the location, walk the lot, and pick the car I wanted. Then I was offered the option to be picked up from the collision center. They arrive, and the nice young (Brittney?) lady tells me that the car she picked me up in is the car I would have.
