I arrived MDW airport but did not want to pay the extra airport fees associated with airport car rentals. So, my friends and I took the orange line to S. Pulaski and walked a few blocks to get the rental car. Ideally, I wanted them to pick us up from the airport but when I called and asked they said they couldn't because of the competing Enterprise located at the airport; fair enough. The service was excellent the staff very friendly and helpful regarding showing me all the features in the car. Everything was so excellent that when I needed more time I rented again for another month same car and had the pleasure of the same excellent staff.
