Tried to get a car on the Thursday before the memorial day holiday, Spoke to someone who told me I had a reservation and even gave me a pick up time. A few ,minutes later someone called and said they didn't have any cars available and weren't going to get any. They didn't bother to refer to any other enterprise that did have cars and didn't apologize for wasting my time.
I love the Enterprise location I go to. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. Kevin, Denzel and Melissa are the best on 92nd and Stony Island.
I have been renting from Enterprise for almost seven years and I must say the service at my location and visiting locations are excellent. My great days at Enterprise definitely out way my bad days. This is a wonderful company with great people working for it. GOD bless Enterprise!
I have been a customer of enterprise for over 2yrs. I have been to several locations and have not received the caliber of service that has been given to me at this location. The Agent's are professional,experienced and delightful..Will continue to go there!
Our family was on vacation in Chicago when we were in a auto accident which totalled our vehicle. The tow truck driver dropped us off at this Enterprise Rent-a-Car. These people were wonderful to us. They made sure we were all OK, got us a nice KIA right away, and were very professional and customer oriented. We needed care and sympathy, and we received that and more from this business.
