I have been a customer of ER for 15 yrs or more and been very pleased with the services; I would say top of the line. Although my recent service from the staff member, Floyd wasn't pleasant. He demonstrated a don't-have-time attitude. Ifeel customer service is the success of the employee as well the company they represent and he failed. Although his (Floyd) negative attitude did not take away my recognition of the great service of Taurus. He gave exceptional service which I have encountered with him on past visits. Thank u.

I value great customer service. It's a must and when I'm not pleased, I'm never the one to bite my tongue about it. As an employee that works in customer service, I know that one must have a passion for working with the public and a drive to meet the needs of each customer. With that being said, the service I received at Enterprise in Greenville was dynamic. Good service, with just one day notice, Enterprise with the coordination of the fine folks at Greenville Mid-Delta Regional Airport had a clean car waiting for us. Both the Enterprise folks and airport FBO folks went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. Highly recommend.
