The advertised vehicles “or similar” are not an adequate representation of the vehicles available!! The customer is highly unlikely to rent the advertised vehicles! The customer is most likely to rent “something similar!” Luxury vehicles listed on site are not available in all locations!! CSR is quotes as saying, “we rarely have those vehicles available,” referring to the vehicles advertised. I was further told the vehicle I rented was not equipped for GPS! Great customer service, staff was great
A wonderful service in Greenville MS and Washington County. If you need a vehicle at the airport, they will drop it off for you.
The employees have always been very nice and courteous. Last time a reserved a fuel saving car a week in advance but when I got there the car was not there. They offered me a midsize truck. Apparently the the car was getting an oil change so I had to be delayed about 30 minutes. For a reservation they should be ready as soon as you get there.
Great cars, great customer service! Always very helpful and very accommodating!
