Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend using this company.
Car had a little over a quarter tank of gas when we got it, asked why is it not full, they said bring it back with the same amount of gas in it. Also car was dirty,needed to be cleaned in the inside and the windows cleaned. In the past we always had great service, no problems. We will get a rental from them again.
I rented a car in Bullhead City. Everything was great but I did not like the two key fobs wired together.
Great customer service. Managers and staff are friendly and accommodating. We made reservations in advance and it was very easy to check the car out and check in was a breeze. Nice selections of cars. The next time we need a rental;we will definitely rent from enterprise again. Thanks!
