Very disappointing. I set a reservation 17days before to pick up in winfield. They never sent an email out or told us otherwise and we had to cancel our whole day trip because they expected/delayed us to pick up in derby (round trip of 1:45min) before a 3.5 hr drive. Hertz will be the go to place now.

Terrible service go somewhere else
RecommendedI rented a vehicle couple weeks ago. the employee was friendly and vehicle was perfect. It was actually a free upgrade since they didn't have an economy car so no complaints there. The only thing I wish they would change is being available on weekends or having after hours drop off. I rented it a Friday morning, only needed it one day. Had to rent it for 3 days for nothing. Two extra unnecessary days I had to pay for.
RecommendedI have always gone to enterprise if I’ve needed a rental. The vehicles are always super clean and enjoyable to drive! Staff is always courteous and friendly and able to answer any question you throw at them. The deposit is put back in your account fast which is a plus! I highly recommend enterprise !! This was my latest rental !!
