Great service even on short notice. Just arrived in Laughlin and decided to take adventure in the area. I called their office and they picked me up right away.
I ordered a rental online. The price was very reasonable. I got Ford Focus fuel efficiency. Omg! This car is amazing. Got it just a little over a full tank and was able to get to Duarte, CA with just under 1/4 of a tank. Then coming back, with under 3/4, pulled into my drive with 66 miles before empty. IFP Enterprise is really easy and convenient to rent from. I had everything already set up so all we had to do was stop and the counter, pull up our info and go out and get the car.

Rented a Chevy Impala at the Bullhead City/Laughlin Airport. Easy transaction at the checkout counter as I had a reservation and there was no one in line before me. I like that all of the paperwork was emailed to me so I didn't have to keep track of a hard copy. The car was a nice, smooth ride; we drove it about 200 miles. Reserved auto several weeks in advance. On day of pick up was told that there were no autos available. ?????? Thought this was your business. We had to drive to another location of Enterprise to get an auto, 10 miles. On rental agreement it stated there was 7/8 of gas, only 3/4 of tank. We had to pay airport access fee of 21.09 even though we did not get car from the airport. In the past I have been happy with your company, but now not too satisfied. Jerry Waggoner
Rented car for 3 days in Bullhead city Az. On 2nd day car broke down. I called the office to get another car. The lady I talked with referred me to a 3rd party car repair. They then tried to tell me what to do to repair vehicle. I called Enterprise again and told them I am not working on a rented vehicle in 108 degree heat and I wanted another car and if I didn't get one for them to take it off rent.
