3/5/2019 at 12:12 PM. A box truck and a van were driving together from this company on Wilson rd headed to 70 east in Columbus Ohio. The van driver was following the box truck but going incredibly slow intentionally and looking in their mirror to cause traffic. They wanted to make sure that no one else could turn onto 70 east bound from Wilson rd that was behind them so they drove incredibly slow until the light turned. Then the van sped up (finally) to the normal speed and ran the light.
