This company asked me for a **** dollar security deposit before a complete lease pertaining to the property I was interested in was shown to me, or signed by anyone. I was told I was being asked for the deposit in order for me to schedule a lease signing date. No signature was given from me nor the lease holding manager protecting me from losing my deposit. Me and my husband rented a property from EPM for a little over six years. I can honestly say that we had an awesome experience with EPM. -The ladies in the office have ALWAYS been extremely nice and helpful... especially Ginger (Not something that you always see in this business) -When you have a work order it does go through a third-party vendor which sometimes can take a few days but gets handled correctly. -EPM does yearly inspections on all properties which again is not something that is always done in the rental busines... read more
This rental company does not provide quality service to their renters and anyone renting from this company should read all of the reviews before following through. When we moved in everything seemed to go smoothly but that ended once they had our money. We gave them a report of all of the repairs that needed to be made to the home, a report they requested, and they failed to repair any of the items.
