Great doctors thank you Dr Ernest for all you did.
They are always so wonderful and friendly! They get your child in and out while listening too all your concerns and questions. They explain anything that needs to be explained and make you feel at home. They are good about getting you referred somewhere if needeed as well and get you an appointment as soon as they can. I absolutely love it here.
I would say you need a better system for keeping track of the money people pay you and maybe put notes in your system of what you said. I've been hounded about the same copay numerous times that I have paid twice now, and on one of the occasions that you where supposed to credit my account the 35.00 for the same copay that Carolyn told me there was no copay for over the phone when I tried to discuss this matter .Now we just went for another appointment that had no copay and I'm told I owe another 35 for the same damn copay I... read more
The best ped any of my 4 children have had! We were a military family and my children have seen Army Doctors and civilians, I wish they all Dr Scott!
The office always looks and smells clean. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The nursing staff, doctors, and front desk are great to work with. We love Enterprise Peds!
I had to do a walk in appointment on a Friday and this was our first visit here after having prior complications with a nurse from Enterprise Medical Clinic. The front desk staff, nurses, check out staff and doctor we saw were ALL super nice and answered all my questions and had great attitudes and actually acted like they cared about my child.
