To the owner: On 04APR18, I went to pick up a truck rental from this location (which we do on a regular basis; 2 to 4 times a month). I parked my personal vehicle in a parking space marked CUSTOMER PARKING. Since I was a customer, I parked there. While loading the truck from my vehicle, an enterprise employee (calling himself "LOU") came out, stood there staring at me in a hostile way, then bluntly said, "Are you a sales customer?" I would echo the comment below! I got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata For about $1,000 less than the KBB value. And Justin and Tay were very helpful in making my purchase successful. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to explore Enterprise.
I would like to thank Imir and Tay for making sure that I felt comfortable making sure that I got what I was looking for. I wasn't sure what would happen because my credit was no the best but Tay said its going to be okay just have faith. Im proud to say that i have a 2016 ford focus and i couldnt be happier. My dad and I went into enterprise not looking to buy but just look around to see if anything caught my eye. I must say I was definitely impressed and left with my very first vehicle, a 2016 dodge journey. Imir and Luke were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcomed. I called Enterprise to check and see if they had anything I was looking for and they told me to come down and they would show me what they had. I had a very good experience with Enterprise. We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Car Sales. Jordon and Berat were very helpful and nice so was the rest of the team. they answered all our questions and made sure we were pleased with what we were buying.
Folks I will tell you what, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The Shell's people were the most courteous and polite that I've ever met in my life. I can honestly say I will check with Enterprise for any newer vehicle that I plan to purchase in the future.
