Completely useless. Have called upwards of 8 times. Have been hung up on three times. Made zero progress with getting my power turned on. Haven't had electricity in 3 days and everytime I call they just keep putting it off on someone else or hanging up on me. I really wish there was another option for power where I live bc Entergy is absolutely useless. I'm honestly about to get a magnet and some copper wire and make a generator to hand crank to power my house. No doubt will be more effective than this company.
