Asked about a tour. Got politely told no. Was told to “maybe try the other lot.” Took that as a green light. Took some pictures. Got chased down by security. 10/10 would ask about a tour again.

Arkansas Nuclear One is the only nuclear power plant in the Natural State. It has two units, operating pressurized water reactors with a maximum capacity of 1824 megawatts though they've been running at around 80%. Unit one was commissioned in 1974 and unit two in 1980. They are owned by Entergy Arkansas and operated by Entergy Nuclear. Their licenses run through 2034 and 2038, respectively.
