Stay clear of this company, they litterally have no after the sale support. It's sell you a dream and thats it, ask if they have a warranty and if the house is on or near the water the warranty wont cover the panels. Don't let roofing, companies tell you fifty year panels. All this b s insurance companies don't even let roofs go that long. So don't worry about even making it twenty years. In my opinion very unprofessional. Read the rest of the reviews before making a decision on using them. From what I’ve witnessed this company has gone downhill these last few years.
We ordered Saxony 900 Slate, Cafe Sand Blend from Westlake Roofing. Our installer used the mortar mixture color recommended by Westlake. Unfortunately, the mortar color is grey, and the tile roof is beige. It does NOT match at all. Beware of purchasing Cafe Sand Blend from Westlake!
Unprofessional and total lack of common sense and combination. They delivered roof tiles to my house and placed it on the driveway instead of on top of the roof as is the norm and failed to inform the contractor. We ended up paying extra labor for the installation crew who had to carry the tiles onto the roof!
