The Spatarella Family loves Entech! We had serious, hard to solve, irrigation problems after Irma. Andrew and his teams' knowledge and experience found the issues and repaired the system. When we ok'd reconditioning the system, it was like getting a new system.
Called for an appointment - had to wait 2 weeks. Fine, no problem. Got 2 text messages asking me to confirm that I would be home at 11 for my scheduled appointment, which I confirmed. I leave work to meet the tech. Appointment time comes and goes without a word. After I leave a message, I get a call back saying he wouldn't arrive until an hour after the scheduled appointment, and it would be another 2 weeks if I wanted to reschedule.
