Impossible to reach anyone on the phone. I've spent more than an hour on hold over the last two days. Time to look elsewhere.
Had a great appointment with Dr. Chang. Very friendly, quick and informative.
We love Dr. Pacheco!! He has very good bedside manner and is great with kids!!
Dr. Pacheco is a Godsend for people who are experiencing issues with their ears. Take it from me: I had about given up hope on my ears and my hearing in general, until I saw Dr. Pacheco for the first time seven years ago. He is, quite literally for me, a life-changer. I owe him more than he will ever realize... :)
