Although I thought Dr. Pachaco in the Annapolis office was great during our initial appointment, the communication and scheduling has been an absolute nightmare. I was very disappointed to drive all the way to the Annapolis office in the rain, still sick to find my return to work note was missing. although i was instructed to be sure to go in the morning. The receptionist loudly and rudely told me there was nothing about a note in my file-only a note that I was worse. RecommendedI have been to 2 different locations, Annapolis and Glen Bernie. I received excellent care (Dr. Marcus, Dr. Pallet) each time. The staff is always courteous and professional which is an anomaly these days.
