I was referred to an allergist at ENTA by my primary doctor. By the time my claims were processed by insurance, I had seen the allergist twice. The visits to the clinic were coded as “outpatient hospital” doctor visits and therefore, my copay for seeing a specialist didn’t apply. I bring my son here to see a nurse practitioner for the cleaning of his ears she does a wonderful and thorough cleaning but my only complaint is she acknowledges him which is great because he is the patient but she does not acknowledge me as a mom. I feel that’s a little rude yes he’s 10 and can talk for himself but a little interaction with the parent when you first enter the room would help. Other than that I would’ve gave 5 stars.

Waited 7 weeks to get in and was told my issue was from me having had Covid and drink more water. Waste of my money and time!
