My appointment with Dr, Kaitlyn Barbalick and Dr. Gordon was so comforting, both are professional but so very "human", I was not just a number. The test I had was not very comfortable but necessary and made endurable by these two wonderful Doctors. I felt really lousy this morning when I went to Dr. West. He was very thorough, listened intently and was not in a rush. I also very much appreciate that he's not one who will dive to his desk and write out a ton of prescriptions. He gave me a pen to take notes on what I should or should not do; what I should or should not eat, etc. I have to travel far to get to him but he's well worth it. I feel like I'm in very good hands.
Staff and Dr Gordon were friendly and professional. Dr Gordon made me feel comfortable during my exam. Very clear talking to me about my condition. This was my first visit , I had to wait and my online paperwork didn't work, but this didn't take away from a very good experience. .
The staff was very professional and importantly personable. They clearly explained my condition and options. This was my first time at an ENT and I didn't know what to expect, the staff and doctor made me feel at ease and that they are trustworthy. Excellent care.
Everyone is extremely polite and professional. Recently I was passing by the day before my scheduled allergy shot and I called to see if they could take me in then so I wouldn't have to make the 1+hour round trip drive the next day. They took me in with no problem. I've been a patient for over 5 years and have nothing but praise for Dr. Gordon, Kate and the entire staff.
Dr.Gordon and the rest of the ENT Specialty Care staff are absolutely amazing! They are all kind, informative and made me feel 100% comfortable every time I visited the office. I cannot say enough how wonderful they are :) if you need an ENT, look no further, Dr. Gordon is the BEST by a long shot!
The new office is beautiful and I love the convenience of the website! You can avoid filling out paperwork in the office by logging into their website and filling in your medical history, etc. beforehand. Great staff too. Overall 5 stars.
