Do NOT use this office. I had an ultrasound and no one called me about results. When I called them they blamed the fax machine. Then when they finally called on my results and referred me. They never sent my referral. So unprofessional and not putting patient care first. I’m still waiting for them to send my referral.
My first visit was this week for tinnitus issue. Tom did a great job w my first ever hearing test. He was kind and kept me well informed. I then had exam w NP Nicole. She was very knowledgeable, explained my test and recommendations well, answered all my questions. Both myself and my friend who was w me for my appt w Nicole were very impressed with her in all ways. I know I'm in excellent hands w NP Nicole.
I been going here since I was a kid I love this place
Zero compassion and Zero understanding. 290.00 for literally nothing! Ear is still very infected and I'm in pain.
