I have no idea how this place has good reviews. Nice staff(adds a star) but that won't help anyone with any issues unfortunately. Ive been around from L.A to Cleveland clinic. This was the worst practice so far.
Dr. Roth & the entire staff are wonderful.
Dr. Valeri Roth is a specialist worth the wait. She is an ENT specialist who knows and listens to her patients. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all. I am grateful to have a local ENT/allergist.
I am extremely disappointed with this office. I will be taking my child elsewhere for his allergy test. I scheduled an initial ENT appointment with Dr. Roth for my son (waited over an hour passed my scheduled appointment time to even be seen). She looked him over and said all of his issues are attributed to allergies. He has recurrent strep every year and less than a week after this appointment, he had strep throat again and was miserable. 10:30 appointment, got there at 10:20, didnt get put into a room until 11:10, walked out at 12 because no one ever came back into the room. 90 minutes behind is pretty crazy. Don't book that many appointments if you can't keep up
