was on hold for almost 30 minutes, front office staff was so short and quick in tone and didn’t even give me a moment to explain that I already had a referral before putting me on hold again for another 10 minutes. Not a great first impression so I will be requesting a different office from my primary care doctor.
I was in your office with my mother and I heard the office manager call the Audiologist by her first name. This is highly disrespectful due to the fact that she should be referred to as Dr. Taylor due to her doctoral degree. That office manager would never call Dr. Browning by his first name and should not refer to Dr. Taylor by her first name either. We work hard for our degrees and to witness disrespect like this from the office manager was disgusting.
If you have any eye problem, this is your place. Nice, polite, professional business. Dr Wang is top notch!
