I had a terrible experience during my appt at GA ENT. I came for an ear wax extraction. The doctor came in, barely spoke to me, gave little to no explanation on how the extraction would happen. He quickly, and painfully physically extracted the hardened wax with pliers and it hurt so bad I yelped. The doctor had no bedside manner and went to do the other ear with no consideration for my discomfort. He then gave feedback to stop using qtips and left the room. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
As always, Emory St Joseph's medical staffs and doctor's are "Like flying first class." My ENT doc did a thorough workup, and cleared up my issue within ten days. Thanks!
